At Cult Pens, we want you to be delighted with your stationery; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Securely Package the Items

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your generated return label and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your postage receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
